Shipping:

Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please verify you have inputted the correct address prior to confirming your order.

Agiebabe's Ginger Beer is not responsible for lost or stolen drinks, weather or unrelated delays.

If your order shows it was delivered, but you did not receive it please contact us at help@agiebabesgingerbeer.com immediately. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with this inconvenience.

 

Please note:

  • We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
  • Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
