Hot Ginger Cocoa

 

 



The ginger's slow warmth unfolds, wrapping rich, dark chocolate in a soothing embrace.

 

Ingredients

8 oz Milk of choice

3 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder

1 tbsp Chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips

1-2 tsp Pure maple syrup

¼ tsp Vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Top with Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer

 

 

 

 












Instructions

Combine milk, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a sauce pot over low medium heat. Stir with a spatula to dissolve chocolate. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Be careful not to let it boil over. Pour into a mug, top with Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer and serve hot.
