Fall asks for two things: warmth and lightness. Pumpkin brings the depth. Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer brings the lift. We made three drinks around that idea.
Each one has a cocktail version and a Sober October version, so you can choose what fits the moment.

Ember & Spice Sour
Ingredients
3oz Agiebabe's Ginger Beer
2oz bourbon
1oz pumpkin spice syrup
Orange peel, for garnish
Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions
Add bourbon and pumpkin spice syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer and stir gently. Express an orange peel over the glass and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
Sober October Mocktail
Skip the bourbon. Use 2 oz strong black tea or cold brew. Shake with pumpkin spice syrup and lemon. Strain over ice. Top with Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer. Garnish with orange + nutmeg. Same warmth, zero proof.

Gingered Pumpkin Fizz
Ingredients
3oz Agiebabe's Ginger Beer
2oz rum
1oz pumpkin puree
0.5oz cinnamon syrup
Sparkling water
Ginger candy chew, for garnish
Instructions
Add rum, pumpkin, cinnamon syrup, and lemon to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain over fresh ice. Top with Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer + sparkling water. Garnish with ginger candy chew.
Sober October Mocktail
Swap rum for 2 oz chilled chai

Spiced Pumpkin Velvet
Ingredients
2 tbsp pumpkin pure
1oz maple syrup
1.2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Agiebabe's Ginger Beer
Cinnamon stick or star anise, for garnish
Splash of oat milk for extra velvet
Instructions
Whisk pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Fill a glass with ice. Pour the pumpkin mixture over. Top with Agiebabe’s Ginger Beer, oat milk and stir gently. Garnish with cinnamon or star anise and serve.
